• Electrical design and Project lead of MPPT series UPS and standalone MPPT charge controller. Deliver cost competitive products. Hardware design experience as a Hardware Engineer on consumer electronic device with proficiency with digital and analog design.
• Highly capable in all aspects of layout design and troubleshooting, including: Procedure development for layout design and verification; Requirements and data consistency analysis; Schematic capture, library management, footprint and symbol creation; Multi-layer dense surface mounts and through hole boards layout; PCB capacitance balancing; Fabrication and assembly drawings, manufacturing panels, pick-and-place data; Bill of materials (BOM), engineering change orders (ECOs); Gerber data, package release;Coordination between schematic, planning, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments, as well as component vendors and PCB design software providers.
• Expertise in high-speed mixed digital/analog, DSP, microcontrollers, Multilayer design using blind and buried vias High Speed design, Audio and control systems,Fine Pitch BGA design, Ground and supply planes for analog and digital designs Split on single PCB and also well experienced in noise reduction techniques (EMI, EMC, ESD, signal integrity)
