All our premium features including NDA, invoicing and collaboration system are free to all. Dignifiedme is probably the only platform that doesn’t have any membership plans to use the premium features.

Featured projects are highlighted to attract quality Professionals. Featuring a project is optional and its charges are as below.

If you choose to award the project, and the Professional accepts, we charge you a small fees relative to the value of the selected proposal as Platform Convenience Charge. However, it is amongst the lowest in the market.
A fee of 3% or 180.00 (INR)/3 USD (which ever is greater) is charged at the time while you award a project or make any milestone payment. This applies to all the milestones that you chose to pay to a Professional.
Employers willing to hire a pre vetted Professional from Dignifiedme on permanent basis, will have to pay a predefined amount as Permanent Job Offer Charges described below.

Dignifiedme Refund Policy for Employers:
The paid amount is refunded to Employer’s wallet in following cases. Employer may choose to request the withdrawal or use the wallet amount for future projects.
- If a Professional rejects the project invite or project offer.
- If a paid milestone undergoes a dispute and Employer wins the dispute.
- If a Professional rejects the permanent job offer.
- If a Professional accepts the permanent job offer but fails to join Employer’s organization within 3 months from the date of offer being accepted. In this case, Employer shall submit relevant evidences to Dignifiedme within further 10 days and refund shall be processed after next 15 days.
