The arbitration fees is related to Dignifiedme Dispute Resolution Services, that an Employer or a Professional may choose to use in case of any mutual disputes.The arbitration fees for a disputed milestone is ₹ 350 or 3% of the milestone, whichever is greater. Dignifiedme Dispute Resolution Service allow both the parties to mutually negotiate and resolve the dispute within a fixed timeframe without opting for Dignifiedme arbitration. In that case, if the dispute is mutually resolved, then the user shall not pay any arbitration fees.
After 4 days of the dispute being filed, either party may elect to move the dispute to paid arbitration. The other party will then have a further 4 days to agree to pay and for both parties to submit any final evidence. If the other party fails to pay within time, they will lose the dispute.
The arbitration fees in any case is non-refundable.
When an User (a Professional or an Employer) raise a request to withdraw funds from Dignifiedme Wallet to their withdrawal method, Dignifiedme passes on any fee incurred to process the payment by respective withdrawal method, which is as follows

Notes:
Dignifiedme passes on the payment processing fees that is charged by third party payment processors on to the users. This can range anywhere between 2.3% to 3.9%.
PayPal charges shall be actual as per PayPal website
For Professionals - Under Section 194O (w.e.f. 01.04.2020), TDS at the rate of 1% shall be deducted by Dignifiedme for all the payments released to its Professionals if Professionals exceed total earning above INR 500,000. TDS shall not be deducted for an individual or HUF earning under INR 500,000 during a financial year. If the professionals does not furnish PAN, TDS shall be deducted at the rate of 5% as per section 206AA instead of 20%.
TDS is not applicable for users registered as Employers.
For all transactions, the invoices from Dignifiedme to any of its users or the invoices from Indian Professionals with GST registrations to any Employers, will reflect the applicable GST rates.
If an User has selected Other Taxes option from Payment and Finances section, the invoices shall reflect those other taxes.
